Medical Laboratory Immunology Symposium 2025

Dear colleague,

We are delighted to invite you to our annual educational event, organized by the Commission on Medical Laboratory Immunology (CMLI) of the Swiss Society for Allergology and^Clinical Immunology (SSAI), which will take place on Friday November 21th, 2025 in Aarau.

Please note that the meeting has been renamed to Medical Laboratory Immunology Symposium and the registration fee has been slightly increased.

As in previous years, the event is primarily intended for specialists in medical immunology, but it is also open to other professionals who are active and interested in the field. The meeting has a scientific and open character, aiming to foster collaboration and enhance the quality of medical laboratory immunology in Switzerland.

The 2025 program will cover a range of topics, including cytokines and anti-cytokine autoantibodies, as well as complement and complement inhibitors. The agenda also features a brief update from the 17th Dresden Symposium on Autoantibodies and an
overview of current practices in CSF oligoclonal band reporting in Switzerland, presented by distinguished local and international speakers. In addition, three engaging case reports will be presented by FAMH Clinical Immunology trainees.
