The billing of the TARDOC position MK.10.0060 (skin test, pre-prepared, epicutaneous, per additional 20 tests; required exclusively when billing more than 80 epicutaneous tests in one session) is permitted only with a valid special authorization from the SSAI.

Granting of the Authorisation

In the event of a positive decision, the service provider receives a certificate in PDF format, containing the following information:

  • Name and address of the service provider
  • ZSR number
  • GLN number of the professionally responsible person
  • Authorisation ID
  • Validity period

The authorisation is linked to the ZSR number and, in analogy to vested rights, is valid until 31 December 2028.

Billing & Responsibility

Billing of the MK.10.0060 position is carried out under the sole responsibility of the service provider and only if a valid special authorisation is in place.

The certificate must be presented upon request, in particular to insurers or in the context of economic efficiency and plausibility audits.

Control & Verification

The SSAI maintains an internal, protected register of all granted special authorisations.
Upon request, the validity of an authorisation for a specific ZSR number can be confirmed.

No list of authorisations is published.

Re-evaluation

After expiry of the validity period, a re-evaluation is carried out by the SSAI Subcommittee on Tariffs.
